My hair dresser told me silk pillowcases are the best for your hair. I have thin, fine hair and am (gasp) aging so I need all the help I can get to keep my girlie hair. This case fits over my standard sized footlevelers pilopedic pillow.

These are very nice! I got one for myself and one for my boyfriend, as he really liked my satin pillocase and has been asking me for one for himself. Did him one better and got silk! They are pretty true to color (taupe) and match our sheets perfectly. They also came very nicely packaged in a little plastic zipper envelope. I accidentally ordered a slightly bigger size than I need, so it gives me a perfect excuse to replace my flattened pillows.

They are cooler to your head, less messy hair in the morning, easy to hand wash with a mild detergent- do not recommend washing in machine . lay flat to dry. viola! When dry they will have a few wrinkles- no need for ironing as the first time you sleep on it- they disappear. the zipper is easy to unzip. I plan to purchase more in different colors.

I ordered the white and the mint. I am very pleased with this product and it does actually as it stated. Please keep in mind- this is silk. Silk does require a gentle washing. You will definitely notice the difference with the silk vs. a cotton pillow case or even satin.
