HOW DOES THE FREE RETURN POLICY WORK?<\/strong>
1. All return request must be made within 60 Days after your shipping status shows the package has been delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged :

\u2461 Silk Underwear
\u2462 Customized Items
\u2463 Monogrammed Items<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.The customer is responsible for all return shipment\/freight charges. For product returns that are not a result of a iCooBreeze error, customer will need ship the item at your own expense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
